Last updated: March 25, 2026
1. What AI Does in PREPPIA
- Collect and structure public information about companies and professionals.
- Analyze recent news and competitive context.
- Generate industry profiles with sales-relevant information.
- Synthesize all information into a coherent, actionable briefing.
- Generate suggested questions, anticipate objections, and propose strategic hypotheses.
2. What AI Does NOT Do
- It does not make commercial decisions — the consultant always has the final say.
- It does not access private or password-protected information.
- It does not contact prospects or take actions on behalf of the user.
- It does not guarantee data accuracy — data passes through a confidence system that indicates its certainty level.
3. Data Confidence System
- [✓] Data confirmed by multiple sources.
- [~] Single-source data — verification recommended.
- [!] Conflicting sources — confirmation required.
- [?] Data unavailable — converted into a discovery question.
- [💡] AI strategic hypothesis — this is an inference, not a fact.
4. Use of AI Models
PREPPIA uses third-party AI model providers to generate briefings. These models process the collected information and combine it with the client's Knowledge Base to produce commercial preparation reports. Data sent to these models is used solely to generate the briefing and not to train the models, in accordance with each provider's usage policies.
5. Limitations
- AI may generate inaccurate or outdated information.
- Strategic hypotheses [💡] are inferences, not verified facts.
- Briefing quality depends on the availability of public information about the prospect.
- The client's Knowledge Base directly influences briefing relevance.
6. Responsibility
Users are responsible for validating briefing information and exercising their professional judgment in its use. PREPPIA provides preparation tools, not binding commercial advice. For questions about AI use in PREPPIA: support@nakpan.com
