1. Description of Service

PREPPIA is a pre-meeting commercial intelligence platform that generates automated briefings for B2B sales teams. The service uses artificial intelligence to collect, analyze, and synthesize public information about companies and professionals, combining it with the commercial knowledge provided by the client to generate meeting preparation reports.

2. Accounts and Access

  • To use PREPPIA, you must create an account by providing truthful and complete information.
  • The account administrator is responsible for managing users within their organization and maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Each user must have individual credentials. Account sharing is not permitted.

3. Packs and Payments

  • PREPPIA operates on a prepaid briefing pack model. Packs include a fixed number of briefings and a validity period.
  • Unused briefings at the expiration of the pack validity period are forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and do not include local taxes that may apply.
  • Payments are processed through authorized payment processors. PREPPIA does not store credit card data.
  • No refunds are offered for partially used packs, except in cases of documented service failure.

4. Acceptable Use

  • The service must be used exclusively for legitimate commercial purposes of business meeting preparation.
  • You may not use PREPPIA for: harassment, surveillance, or tracking of individuals; mass collection of personal data outside the context of commercial preparation; resale of the service or generated briefings without authorization; any illegal activity.
  • The client is responsible for how their consultants use the generated briefings.

5. Knowledge Base and Client Content

  • Content uploaded to the Knowledge Base (product description, sales arguments, case studies, competitors) is the property of the client.
  • PREPPIA does not use one client's Knowledge Base to benefit other clients. Data is completely isolated.
  • PREPPIA may use aggregated and anonymous data (not identifiable with a specific client) to improve the service.

6. Generated Briefings

  • Briefings generated by PREPPIA are the property of the client who requested them.
  • Briefings are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. PREPPIA does not guarantee the accuracy of all included information.
  • The data confidence system ([✓], [~], [!], [?], [💡]) indicates the certainty level of each data point. Users must exercise their own professional judgment.
  • PREPPIA is not responsible for commercial decisions made based on generated briefings.

7. Privacy and Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. PREPPIA collects and analyzes public data about professionals and companies available on the internet, including professional profiles, corporate websites, and news sources.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The PREPPIA platform, its technology, algorithms, and industry profiles are the exclusive property of NAKPAN LLC.
  • The client retains all rights to their Knowledge Base and the content they provide.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • PREPPIA is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
  • PREPPIA's maximum liability to the client is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months.
  • PREPPIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Termination

  • The client may cancel their account at any time. Unused briefings are non-refundable.
  • PREPPIA may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, with 7 days prior notice except in cases of serious violation.
  • Upon cancellation, data is retained and deleted in accordance with applicable law and our internal retention policies.

11. Modifications

  • PREPPIA may modify these terms with 30 days notice by email.
  • Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. PREPPIA is a platform operated by NAKPAN LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Wyoming, USA. Contact: support@nakpan.com
