PREPPIA is a platform operated by NAKPAN LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA.

2. What Data We Collect

• Client data: company name, administrator email, billing information, Knowledge Base (product description, target industries, competitors, sales arguments, case studies), briefing history.
• Consultant data: name, email, assigned market, briefing history.
• Third-party analyzed data (prospects and attendees): publicly available professional information (name, title, company, career history, education), public information from corporate websites, public news about the prospect company. This data is public in nature and was voluntarily published by its subjects; PREPPIA only retrieves it for the purpose of generating briefings.

3. How We Collect Data

• Client and consultant data: provided directly by users when registering and using the platform.
• Third-party data: collected from publicly accessible sources through public data providers and web search engines. This data is publicly available and was voluntarily published by its subjects.
• We do not access private, password-protected, or private communications of any person.

4. How We Use Data

• To generate commercial intelligence briefings for contracting clients.
• To maintain the client's Knowledge Base.
• To improve service quality through aggregated and anonymous analysis.
• To manage the commercial relationship: billing, support, service communications.

5. Who We Share Data With

• Cloud infrastructure providers: for platform hosting, database, and payment processing.
• Third-party AI model providers: for automated briefing generation.
• Public data providers: for collecting publicly available information about companies and professionals used in briefings.
• We do not sell data to third parties. We do not share one client's data with another client.

6. Data Subject Rights

• Clients and consultants may: access their data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of their account and data, and export their data.
• Analyzed third parties (prospects/attendees) may: request information about what data we hold, and request deletion of their data from our platform.

7. Data Retention

• Briefings and KB: retained while the client's account is active.
• Third-party analyzed data: retained as part of generated briefings. If the subject requests deletion, it is processed in accordance with applicable law and our internal retention policies.
• After account cancellation: data is retained and deleted in accordance with applicable law and our internal retention policies.

8. Security

• Data is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Data is stored encrypted at rest.
• Data access is segmented by company (multi-tenancy) with database-level isolation.
• We do not store credit card data — payments are processed by authorized payment processors.

9. Artificial Intelligence Use

• PREPPIA uses third-party AI model providers to generate briefings.
• Data sent to these providers is processed solely to generate the briefing and is not used to train AI models, per each provider's API usage policies.
• Briefings are automatically generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies.

10. Cookies and Tracking

• PREPPIA uses essential cookies for service functionality (authentication, session).
• We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
• We may use web analytics tools to understand service usage in aggregate and anonymously.

11. International Transfers

Data may be processed on servers located in the United States and other jurisdictions where our cloud infrastructure providers operate. All our providers maintain adequate security standards for data protection.

12. Changes to this Policy
